Please ensure all products remain in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a successful return.

Return Process

  Log in to your British D'sire account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original condition and include the printed return slip inside the parcel to ensure our warehouse team can identify your order quickly.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point, making sure to obtain a proof of postage receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
